It seems The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks and the Wii game announced at Shigeru Miyamoto’s E3 roundtable aren’t the only new Zelda projects in Nintendo’s production pipeline. The company recently launched a new teaser site for another game starring Tingle, the insatiably greedy tights-wearing fairy from Majora’s Mask and The Wind Waker.
Currently, the Flash-based site is a light on composition, with three main options for visitors. Clicking on a TV brings up static, along with a notice that a broadcast will start on June 18. The pamphlet on the main page takes users to a profile that is supposedly used to seek some sort of counseling from appealing women, though when filled out, it merely asks
visitors to resubmit their desire at a later day. Finally, ringing the bell on the site’s main page takes users to a tarot card reading, where they can draw a number of Tingle-related fortunes. One thing that the site did not indicate was a platform for the game. However, both of Tingle’s previous outings–Tingle’s Balloon Fight and Freshly Picked: Tingle’s Rosy Rupee Land–were DS exclusives, with the former being a Club Nintendo giveaway. Neither title received a North American release.
